How We Can Help

Teams and trust are what creates a solid work safety culture.

Each October, National Safe Work Month encourages workplaces to make health and safety part of their culture.

In 2021, Safe Work Australia’s records showed that 180 people had died on the job and over 100,000 workers compensation claims were filed for serious injury or illness.

These numbers are both alarming and unacceptable; no one should die at their job or be disastrously affected due to unsafe work practices.

We are proud of our repeat annual engagement with companies who have utilised projects such as YOUR CALL. This confronting and also warm-hearted project introduces the new legislation impact through a story based on an actual trenching incident. Most recently utilised by Mainroads across the state, and Australian Gas Infrastructure Group, (AGIG) nationally. Other programs such as GAME DAY were utilised by Naval Ship Management addressing the critical nature of safety when multiple contractors and subcontractors are working on the same project in close proximity.

Interaction that engages and challenges

In addition to scripted scenarios, we use a range of high impact, interactive techniques to involve the audience for maximum recall and behavioural change.

Bite-sized Modules

Our team can provide for small time chunks with bite. We can customise for Lunch and Learn (90 minutes), and 2 hour workshops including Wake up sessions after lunch on long conference days.

Small Intensive Skills and Awareness Workshops

Post a theatre-based workshop, we are often requested to refresh with smaller groups on key areas. The characters bring new nuances to their delivery with a facilitator for diving deeper into issues raised.

One-to-two day learning journeys

For 8 years, ACT Australia delivered CRY WOLF woven throughout a two day Major Hazard Awareness workshop for QGC Shell, 4 times a year.
This pivotal program was integral to the development of a safe culture and increased awareness of process safety. It is also utilised for inductions.
