Susan holds a Bachelor of Education, Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and is a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors. As Producer Susan spent 10 years in the international film and television industry. Susan sits on three industry boards, as Director. The Child Safety Foundation board CCCSF, IFAP, Institute for Prevention of Injury and ISTIH Institute for Safety Training in Health.

The scope of her practice involves advising employers on all aspects of workplace relations including recruitment strategies, terms and conditions of employment, employment regulations, policies, business acquisitions, restructuring and transmission of business, employment terminations and union negotiation.

Ron has built a reputation over 25 years as a highly engaging facilitator, coach and trainer. He specialises in strategic planning, change management, leadership development, joint venture health checks, mediation and community dialogue and has had the privilege of delivering these services to a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and the South East Asian region. His accreditations include Diploma in Coaching, LSI (Human Synergistics), Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF) and NLP Practitioner.
Jacqui is a Senior Executive, recently with the Australian Navy; with a broad matrix of skills including executive leadership, and extensive policy and development of governance & assurance systems and Safety management programs. Jacqui is skilled in developing and implementing complex systems and methodologies to govern and assure outcomes through enterprise risk-based frameworks
Jacqui has demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills including her role as Chair of NATO Munitions Safety Information Analysis Centre Steering Committee; and as Director General Navy Certification and Safety, reporting to Chief of Navy for Navy’s safety management. Jacqui brings in-depth experience driving significant strategic planning and reform and effective prioritisation of competing demands within strict and changeable time frames. A highly engaging facilitator, Jacqui adds both relevant experience and a passion for developing change to our team.

Nicchia specialises in incident investigation, coaching and investigation facilitation and her master classes in Leading Incident Investigations are highly sort after in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining ACT, Nicchia was the most senior Incident Investigator for BP in Australia. Nicchia holds a Graduate Diploma, OHS, Certificate IV, Government (Investigation) and is a Certified Generalist OHS Professional, Safety Institute of Australia (COHS Professional). Nicchia has over 20 years experience as a Workplace Health and Safety professional in aviation, higher education, and oil and gas
Anick Fraser is a Production Manager at ACT and has a vast experience in business management, marketing and administration. Anick is highly organised and meticulous, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, reliability and discretion. Anick is an experienced, versatile and proactive administrator who possesses excellent interpersonal and organisational skills required to produce events for ACT.
Tzigana Sas is a Production Manager at ACT and has 7 years experience in the Exploration and Mining industry which increases her understanding of our clients and their operations. Tzigana has a background in Photography and is currently studying Interior Design, and also contributes to Stage Management. This brings a mix of the arts, corporate and administration skills to the team at ACT.
